Family photos connect us to those who came before. By letting our kids see our photos from the past and the present, they become connected to their own story. They know the family members and ancestors who came before them and helped shape the world and person they see today. This is especially important in a large family where cousins become disconnected as the years pass by.
There are only two lasting bequests we can give our children - one is roots, and the other, wings.
